I am a California DOJ Certified Instructor for Firearms Safety Certificate to administer the FSC Test. The Fee for yoru FSC Certificate is $25.

We do Private Party transfers?

The best way to do a private party transfer is Call or Text for an Appointment to come to our location with the seller.

• The gun will be transferred into our inventory and then we will do all paperwork needed for the transfer to be done legally.

• You will fill out the federal firearm purchase form, You will need to present current identification

• and also your FSC (Firearms Safety Certificate) to be able to start the Transfer.

• We will start a background check thru the CA DOJ System, once this is done you will have a 10 day waiting period, This is a 10 (24hr) periods.

• You start the paperwork on January 1st at 5:00pm you can then return after January 10th at 5:01pm to take delivery of your Firearm.

• If for any reason the CA DOJ doesn't approve you in the 10 day waiting period they will notify us and we will inform you, They can take up to 30 days to approve the transfer.

  Our private party firearm transfer fee is $20.00 per gun plus DROS fee of $37.19

FFL Transfers

Firearms purchased from FFL's such as online dealers are charged the following fee for firearm transfers, $65.00 per firearm, plus DROS fees.

Only one (1) DROS fee will be charged if multiple guns are Transferred in the same transaction.

If you are wanting to purchase a firearm online from another FFl, please text/email me and let me know the specifics this way i am aware of the incoming transfer. Pistols will have to be Roster compliant.

You can purchase an off Roster pistol from a California Resident as long as both parties come in at the same time.

This will be a Private Party Transfer.

FSC Firearm Safety Certificate

I am a certified FSC Instructor and I can administer the test for your FSC Card.

The Fee is $25

DURING ANY GUN TRANSFER, AMMUNITION DOES NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL STATE FEES ADDED DURING THAT TRANSACTION.
